I also go low n slow to because i went high in Lazer n it scard me in my arm. Now picoway its waay better for my dark skin lol. Also i use both creams u recommended

I use a regular rinse out conditioner when I Co wash. I do shampoo and deep condition at least 1-2X a week; not once a month.

Some thoughts: a) getting married and *remaining* married are two different things; ideally, you will want to spend the rest of your life with the person you exchanged vows with -- though easier said than done today given all the distractions in our lives; b) marriage expectations vs. reality are typically mutually exclusive; c) current divorce rate is about 50%; would you purchase a new house with a 50% likelihood of burning down?; d) do not be deceived -- marriage is hard *work*; it requires communication, trust, commitment, understanding, respect, sacrifice, selflessness, empathy, and much more; e) chances are quite high that the person you married on your wedding day will not be the same mentally, emotionally or physically as time passes; the meat grinder of life takes its toll on people; f) if/once you elect to have children, the dynamic of the marriage *completely* changes; it's exhausting, exciting, expensive among other things. I'm sure there are other points as well, but the above should serve just as an "appetizer" of what marriage entails. On a personal note, I am 52m never married and no kids. I leave you with this quote from Aristotle: "to know thyself is the beginning of wisdom".

I’m just forever grateful to have the choice. When I think about women and girls who are forced into marriages, it’s so sad. You, I and so many women are lucky to be able to even say what we want or don’t want. That being said, marriage has never really appealed to me. My grandparents were married for over 75 years, lots of other relatives at 50+ years of marriage, and my parents just had their 50th anniversary, sisters and friends at 10+ years. I love them all, but I do not envy the women at all. ❤

Why do people not shampoo and condition everyday? We have sweat, dirt from outside, from working out, product going into the next day etc. Just always felt someone created these don’t wash your hair with shampoo but once a week or once every two weeks was just lazy or trying to make our people look foolish

Frankly, when I exfoliate my scalp with a scrub, a lot of my hair falls out

I think the idea is to show how the heat protectant generally reacts to sources of heat. Right? The varying results show that some do protect from the heat better than others. Seems like it would be a safer test than risk damaging your hair over a period of time like you are suggesting. Then if they don’t indeed work, then what? Big chops for everybody? No. To each its own, I appreciate the pseudo science.

I’m your skin time type I’ve got 8 tattoos but removing 3 I regret one on my chest and two on my fore arm but mines are all multi colored I was told pico way laser is best for dark skin !and mines the wanna remove are dark multi color tattoos and cover ups !

I wonder if the reason for this result is because of the length of time moisture is trapped on the scalp due to density and the lack of air that can freely flow thru type 4 hair🤔 maybe it’s causing yeast on the scalp
